This is post #2 of a 5 part blog challenge to:
- motivationally get me into the habit of regular blogging, and
- a desire to educate others on the importance of Social Media; specifically that of Twitter.
2. Adding a Follow Me button in your website
I am sure, most of you would have already done this, but if you haven’t, include a Twitter “follow me” image on your blog/website. It is also advised and helpful to stream your recent Twitter updates for your site visitors. It is all about being social, so putting your feeds out there in plan view will eventually lead to interaction and conversation. An added bonus; Google will crawl your website and index your tweets and your profile link.
